In plain terms: the Interior + Wax Combo is a maintenance visit. Your car gets a full clean and a protective wax, but we skip the deep shampoo step. Full Detail + Shampoo + Wax adds that step, pulling stains and odors out of the carpet and seats with hot water extraction, which is the right call if your interior sees a lot of use.
The Works includes everything in the middle package, then adds machine polishing before the wax goes on. Polishing physically removes fine swirl marks and light scratches from the clear coat instead of just covering them up, which is why it takes longer and costs more. If your paint looks dull or scratched in direct sunlight, that's the package built to fix it.

We inspect your vehicle together at check-in, note anything that needs special attention, and agree on scope and price before anything starts. No surprises when you pick the car up.
Full Interior Deep Clean
We vacuum every seat, floor, and crevice, then clean the dashboard, console, door panels, and vents. On the two higher packages, we also extract stains and odors from the carpet and seats with hot water, then condition the leather. Every surface gets touched, from the headliner to the floor mats.
Exterior Treatment
Your car gets a full two-bucket hand wash, then a clay bar pass to lift bonded grime the wash alone can't touch. From there we apply a wax sealant, or on The Works, a full machine polish before the wax. Wheels, tires, and door jambs are cleaned in the same pass.

If something we committed to wasn't handled to standard, we'll make it right at no additional cost.
The guarantee does not cover pre-existing permanent damage discussed during check-in, including but not limited to: sun-bleached or heat-damaged upholstery, deep structural stains, cracked or warped trim, permanent dye transfer, cigarette burns, or tears in leather and vinyl. These will be identified and documented during your walk-through.
